Rowan is a tree in the rose family. The rowan wood is light brown, firm and tough and perfect as craft wood. The wood for your case comes from Stjärnsund in Dalarna. The tree was taken down when an community association had trees thinned by the lake Gryckenh. This tree was unusually thick for a rowan which contributed to the tree's beautiful grain and color. The beautiful wood now remains as a memory and decorates your phone.
